Too lightweight and thin for my needs.
I bought this sleeping bag as a light addition to my outdoor/survival kit, something that would help keep me warm should I need to sleep outside for any reason. I used this sleeping bag when I spent the night at my friend's house, and wound up putting all my clothes back on (in addition to my pajamas) in order to get to sleep. The sleeping bag itself has no insulation, it is made out of thin black fleece that you can see through when held up to light. The zipper is a bit flimsy, and may take some effort to reconnect should you unzip the bag all the way. It is also a bit small, not a lot of room to move around. This is a sleeping bag made for extremely mild to warm nights, or to use indoors. If you must use it on a cold night (I live on the Oregon coast, so nights average anywhere between the 30s in winter to low 50s in summer), remain fully clothed and stay in dry areas. This would provide almost no protection from wind and rain. It might be a good idea to use this along with a mummy-style emergency blanket at the same time, the fleece providing soft comfort while the emergency blanket keeps you warm.

Not that great
I bought this for a last-minute camping trip last weekend. Since it's August, we've been having a hot summer, and I had an air mattress and tent, I figured I didn't really need a heavy duty sleeping bag. So I bought this one thinking it'd be perfect. What ended up happening was that I was shivering in my tent for half the night! It was definitely NOT below 50 degrees- closer to the low-60's. And I'm not generally one that gets cold. Heck, I was camping with friends because we were doing an open water swim race the next day, so I'm definitely not a stranger to making do with all sorts of weather conditions (provided my gear does what it's intended to do!)I was able to make it work by closing all the windows/doors/vents to the tent, zipping up the sleeping bag completely, rolling myself into a ball inside the sleeping bag, tucking the top of it over my head, and then shivering in that position until I was exhausted enough to sleep. Definitely made for a sub-optimal pre-race sleep. So yeah, I'm guessing this is best just for indoor use or if it's really hot out (70's even in the middle of the night). If you think the temp is going to dip to 60 or below overnight, you may want to think of getting something else.

Actually it's Great
I loved this sleeping bag when I first got it , and I still would except for the fact that the fleece attracts a lot of dog hair, or almost anything that can fly thru the air , and after the first washing it never looks as nice - but still I'm glad I got it , the price was right too :-)

Thin and Warm
I've used the Texsport fleece sleeping bag for summer backpacking trips this year, and have not been disappointed. The material is very thin, as other reviewers have noted, but using this sleeping bag in a large two-person tent with overnight temperatures around 55 degrees keeps me comfortably warm through the night, and even ditching some clothes if it's any warmer than that. The bag seems well-made, and I haven't had any zipper problems or holes forming at the seams. It does not come with its own bag, but that's an easy issue to solve. It packs easily and weighs in at about two pounds--far easier to haul around than my sub-zero rated sleeping bag, and much more comfortable for warm-weather summer camping trips. I'm completely satisfied with this product.

Cheap
I was surprised by how poorly this was made. It looks like a sewing student's first try at making something. The fleece is thinner than most, the edges weren't totally finished, and they used the very end of the fabric, so that part of one edge is flat fabric from the loom, instead of fleece. It's also the only sleeping bag, or liner I've ever purchased that doesn't have a double zipper, which means you can't stick your feet out. Even the elastic which holds it in a roll is thin and cheap. It's big enough, and warm enough, but I wouldn't buy it again.

then this bag is a good choice.
It's basically just fabric sewed into the shape of a sleeping bag, which is exactly what I wanted. I do a lot of hot weather camping during the Florida summer on island. Other sleeping bags get too hot and stuffy and become itchy after the salt water has dried on my skin, but this one doesn't give me those problems. This one is light and breathable. If the situation I explained above is what you'll be doing, and you don't need to be warm or dry, you just want to be covered, then this bag is a good choice..

Great (light duty) lightweight sleeping bag
This is a very lightweight sleeping bag, meant for indoor use (in my opinion). We have a camper van which is insulated and shielded from the elements so a lightweight sleeping bag like this is all we are looking for. It is the same kind of 100% polyester fleece you find in most clothing, etc. but is a little heavier weight than your average cheap polyester throw blanket. Two bags can be zipped together if you'd like and because it's so thin it rolls up about 33% more than the standard bag. Again, in my opinion, not really for outdoor use, not for conditions below 60 degrees.

Great for summer night or a sleeping liner for cold nights
Bought this sleeping bag to use as sleeping bag liners for those cold evenings. The weight of the material is what I expected, certainly thick enough to serve as a stand alone bag on summer nights and supplement a more substantial bag for very cold nights. This one is light and breathable. If you don't need to be warm or dry, you just want to be covered, then this bag is a great choice.I received this product at a discount for an honest review
