Been my meal replacements for many years. Getting increasingly harder to find. Thankfully they’re still online. The taste and quality never disappoint. They’ve gotten more expensive (especially the variety pack) but everything has.

Is it cheap, no. Is it really tasty, yes. I will buy this again! All 4 flavors are tasty. Not sure which is our favorite. We put the product in warm tortillas with spinach and carrot shards and had a great lunch.

The Freshé Gourmet Canned Tuna (Sicilian Caponata, 10 pack of 4.25 oz. tin) is delicious! It's such a simple way to get flavor and protein with minimal effort. It can be a bit pricey, but it's worth it for a quick, nutritious meal. This flavor is my favorite flavor from the Freshé brand.

Three of the cans leaked out everywhere—so it was not a good experience. We are talking about a food product and possible food poisoning. I put the three cans in the fridge and will probably throw them out; it's not worth getting sick!
