Perfect flour for GF bread
This is a real good flour for GF bread making. Recently I adapted my recipe for GF pancakes by replacing some of my normal GF flour with 2oz of this one. They were very light and tasty, even on day 2!

Amazing…the best flour for loaves and pizza
I use this amazing flour every week for pizza and a white bread loaf. I use fresh yeast in both, I notice if the balance of water is “off” the pizza dough is difficult to work with and it doesn’t puff, as good pizza base should. Make sure you bake the pizza base before adding the toppings. My recipe is 500g Caputo flour, 500ml warm water with a dessert spoon of sugar and 22g fresh yeast(dissolve), 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 dessert spoon salt. For the bread I add a large handful of mixed seeds. I use a Panasonic bread maker, 2hr setting for bread. 1/2 hour for the pizza dough, I rest the dough in clingfilm in the fridge for a minimum of half hour before rolling out.

Thank god I found this product. Now buying 6kg every time as it really does make "proper" bread - smells, tastes & toasts great!

The best gluten free pizza flour!

I absolutely love this flour, I use the Ooni Gluten free recipe with the addition of 12g sugar.Makes 4 x 12” - 250g dough ballsDry ingredients540g Caputo Fioreglut Gluten Free Flour17g saltWet ingredients430g warm water 10g instant dried yeast*Added 12g sugar!! 15g olive oil*Note that some dried yeasts contain gluten, so be sure to check the ingredients. MethodMix wet ingredients in a jug - Warm Water, sugar, olive oil and yeast. Leave 10 mins.Flour & salt in mixer, pre mix for 1 min on low.Add wet ingredients, mix 10 mins. Leave to rise for 4 hours, then divide into 4 x 250g.

Closes the gap on natural gluten based flour
We had been buying store bought ready made gluten free bases.While I had been making bases with gluten, the difference in texture was very wide between my gluten bases made from flour and the store bought gluten free base, it was a very poor second place.So I discovered this gf pizza flour and gave it a try. The gap between the gluten base and this has narrowed substantially and definitely recommended.Can be made in a bread maker with the same basic inputs as the gluten base.It's pliability is less than the gluten base but that's to be expected but it is a really good quality base that you get so I'm very happy to recommend.

Premium gluten free flour
A little story. I had just invested in an Ooni pizza oven a little over two years ago. At the same time my wife found out she was gluten intolerant. This started a somewhat disappointing foray to find a flour that would make a good pizza dough without tasting like or resembling cardboard. Long story short - Ooni to the rescue. The recipe on the Ooni app called for this flour - expensive but oh so worth it. Buying bulk if you can.Great flour for pizza dough, breads etc. If you miss gluten this flour has good flavour and texture. Highly recommended
