While a little pricy, I don’t have a good Asian market nearby. The flavor is outstanding if you like authentic Korean seaweed flakes to put on rice or mix in with dishes. Put this on some rice, a piece of fish and Costco’s Japanese bbq sauce - you’ll thank me. ;)

Fresh and crispy flakes
I add the flakes to steamed rice or a bowl of KimChi noodles or a tofu dish. It is fresh and crispy right out of the bag. One bag had an expiration date 5 months out and the other one was 7 months out; ample time to consume the flakes while still fresh.
