Lovely! A splurge to purchase, but so worth it. Initial scent from the bottle is quite floral, which I enjoyed. After soaking dates in a syrup solution containing honey and extract, the extract softened to a vanilla and orange scent and flavoring which was also delightful. I will use this regularly in more delicately flavored baked goods. A waste in heavily spiced items, where the flavor is overwhelmed, but so lovely in baked goods where subtle flavors flourish.

Smelled and tasted like rubbing alcohol NO GOOD
Smelled nothing like what’s it’s suppose to smell like. Thank god I smelled it before I poured it into my baked goods.

Delightful spice
The recipe said that Diori di Siciilia was a one-of-a-kind treat to bring out a real fruitiness / freshness, so of course no store nearby carried it. Amazon had it for a good price and got it delivered in four days. I am happy to recommend this flavor (just be careful, it is much stronger than other bottled flavors).

Too much alcohol flavor
Like another customer, I have used King Arthur Fiori di Sicilia previously. They were out so I bought this brand from Amazon. It does not taste nearly as good. It smells like alcohol & the taste is very bland, barely any flavor. The King Arthur brand is worth the extra money.

A recipe for a vanilla cake had both vanilla and this extract to be used, and I didn't think this extract would make a difference in taste. I was wrong, it does make a difference. It adds a subtle flora, citrus taste to the cake which is quite pleasant.

Delightful Flowers of Sicily captured & concentrated in a bottle.
I had read about this extract while looking for some European bread recipes; it is better than anything that I could have imagined. Now I use it in fruit breads, fruit salads, even fruit gelatins made "from scratch" with fruit juice. Whenever citrus or fruit with tart character are used, I add 1/4 teaspoon of Fiori di Sicilia [flowers of Sicily] extract. Many recipes that include orange blossom water might benefit by a little -- not a lot! -- of Fiori di Scicilia extract.
