My husband has peripheral neuropathy and I just suffered from sciatica that has left my shin and foot numb and uncomfortable. We bought this machine to help us with both of these issues. In addition, this machine has the pads so while you're doing the stimulator on your feet you can also treat two other areas on your body with the pads which we really liked. It works as expected and in fact I think it exceeds our expectations because of the strong pulse and 25 submodes. You can make it so strong that your legs will move up and down. There are 25 sub modes across two parts , one for pain and one for stimulation. I'm not sure what the submodes do yet, I need to do research to figure that out. For now we're just picking the sub mode that feels the best. Also, it is recommended to soak your feet in water 15 minutes prior to using for the best conduction. We did that the first two times and then decided to use the wet paper towel instead and it works really well. That idea came from another consumer who wrote a review that we appreciate it very much. I also want to point out that the customer service is very responsive and they do the right thing. I don't know if this is helped my husband's neuropathy or my issues yet, we will continue to use it daily and see. Most of the time therapies like this take at least 6 weeks before you notice a difference but we definitely feel like blood is flowing to our feet!

The product stopped working on the 5th use and never came back on. I tried to contact Amazon and the seller and no response. I think this is a poor way of doing business but the quickest way to scam someone. That's just my opinion. I will never but again.

My feet had started bothering they are not numb but uncomfortable. So I bought this to help me get ahead of it and it did make my feet feel better. I look forward to using this at the end of my day.

unit works on most pain areas. the two supports to angle the unit are a joke. should be much higher for comfort and slightest movement with either foot, will fold support and have to readjust.

this has to be the most disappointing purchase for me and can't believe the price I paid for this quality. The individual pads does not work for other body parts. I regret this purchase.

This unit is quiet, easy to use and can go anywhere , it's so lightweight. It has an amazing selection of settings to choose from. I have Peripheral Neuropathy and I love the releif I get when I use the unit. I've only been using it for about a week and look forward to future results.
