Defects happen .Even with the best quality control, occasionally a product with a small problem can make it out to the customer. What happens next is what defines the company . Excellent customer service! Contact via email was quickly responded to.The problem was taken care of immediately.The mattresses work great in my antique folding bed frames in my cabin . I slept good on it last nite and I'm lying down comfortably, looking forward to another good nite of sleep before I get back to logging in the morning ...unfortunately, in the short amount of time it took to write this review so far, my wife has fallen asleep. Yup ,no complaints about lack of comfort from her, just her brutally loud snoring of approval.I'm a reasonably large guy, 6" about 230 lbs, and the support is pretty good considering that the mattress is not on a rigid base.The vinyl cover seems durable enough to last for a while and it should be easy to wipe down.Bottom line, I would order these again.

I originally thought this bed was a little expensive being that I had to throw out my son actual bed which was smelling up our whole entire upstairs. This bed is definitely waterproof. My ten-year-old does wet the bed which overtime that urine sitting into a regular mattress can become overwhelming .Now, when accidents happens, we typically just have to wash the sheets, We spray the waterproof bed down with Lysol wipe it off put a fresh set of sheet and we’re good to go.Other than getting the carpet cleaner weekly cleaning the the fabric to an actual mattress which only lasts until the next accident happens.Now, as far as comfortability, I have sat on this mattress, but I haven’t actually laid on it my son is pretty rough so he doesn’t complain. It is pretty thin, but like I said he doesn’t complain. I would take the discomfort personally to exchange it out with the overwhelming urine smell and just pad the mattress if needed with comforters that could be washed.

I've bought 3 of these mattresses now because my son has autism and requires a truly waterproof mattress. The first one I bought and he ripped the bottom out of it (and he ripped all the foam up) because it's just fabric and not the plastic. The second one I bought and sewed the top of the first one to the bottom of the second one so I'd have plastic all the way around and that worked great.It's wearing out and he's gotten bigger so he's essentially just laying on the floor now. We needed something thicker. So I thought I would just buy another one and stack them. It arrives and I lay on it and can't feel the floor. Awesome! I'm about to duct tape the mattresses together when I see that the new mattress is not sewn shut in two places. It looks like the machine just missed the plastic in two spots, both about three inches long.Returning it would be a terrible pain because I only spotted the problem after it was mostly inflated. I used upholstery thread to sew those spots, but I shouldn't have to do repair work on brands new stuff. Better quality control, guys.I'm still giving it four stars because it is truly waterproof, it's affordable, but if you have a destructive kid like mine be aware that the bottom is rippable. Check your seams.

This has been a heaven sent my 8 year old has gone through 6 mattresses and I finally find this and we have had a great experience a little hard but he says he likes it

I ordered a twin size and I either got a cot30 size instead or these mattresses run small. When I looked through my stuff it shows twin so it’s either I got the wrong size or the size of these mattresses are smaller than the standard mattress the size of the mattress was not on the box it came in or the plastic wrap holding the mattress together. I didn’t know until after I opened it and can’t send it back since it’s been opened so just be careful with ordering due to size issue especially since these mattresses are on the pricy side.

Ordered this bed for a child with bed wetting issues. Did not help at all. 1st issue we noticed is the size was not right. It was not as thick as was mentioned. It also did not fit snuggly into our twin bed; the mattress wiggled and left side space. Next the material seems like it would protect but after just a few months of use, the bed was useless. Our son wet the bed several times and I removed the bed entirely to clean the spot with warm water and soap. After letting it dry it was evident that the smell would not go away. We tried chemical cleaners with no avail. We have a cat and they can easily smell this, so she took it to think this was her new litter box. This mattress was awful. Not easy to clean! The odors stay! Probably only meant for small spills of water. Also, the entire mattress is not protected by the same material so if the liquid spills to the side the inner bed will absorb this. We had to throw it away after only 4 months of use. Not worth $170!

This is so perfect for my daughter who still has accidental issues during the night. We've tried everything, those mattress pads but since she moves so much they don't work. She does use night time pull up's but some times they leak. I've tried mattress protectors, don't work either and trying to get urine smell out of a mattress is impossible and we just got tired of spending money on new mattresses even though they were cheap, by the time you have to buy 2 or more, I could have bought one of these, so glad I found this, it saved our pocket books and my daughter's embarrassment, I love it! It's easy to clean, light weight, comfortable and completely resistant from anything, thank you Customize Bed for a great product!

The mattress is exactly what I wanted. Customer service is the best! Shipping is fast. No problems at all, very good product. Highly recommend. I will use this company again in the future!
