Great gf and organic flour product.
I have few flour options, due to gluten and oxalate issues, but this one works well for me. I loved the quality of this flour, and the prime fast shipping. Will use this often.

Seems fresh, silky texture. One bag was ripped open, with contents powdered all over the other items in that shipment. Did not use that bag,as I considered an open bag contaminated. There was no bubble wrap around either bag,just tossed in among other things. The bag was a more brittle type of plastic.

Only ok...
Having had other brands of sorghum and knowing how smooth a texture it has been, I was a little disappointed that this was rather gritty. It says "superfine" but I guess that's a relative term. Probably wouldn't buy this brand again.
