Q: Will this work with the yakattack fish finder mount for lowrance hook2s?

All yak attack products will work with it.

Q: Is this much different from T-Track? I ask because this is quite a bit more expensive.

I’m not hand’s on familiar with T-track, but I wish I’d known about it before purchasing the YakAttack product. YakAttack is a nice finished & strong product, but $$$. But for gearing up your kayak, I think T-track will work fine with a little finishing 👍

Q: How wide? The side of kayak is 1.5" in places even narrower. Is the ctr dished a little so it will snug on sides if surface slightly convex?

I don't recall it being dished. I used it on a Hobie Oasis and it worked well. I used the threaded backing plate and given all the bolts used I'll bet it could square up even rotomolded plastic with a slight convex shape.

Q: Would this work on pelican covert 120 angler kayak?

it should work on any fiberglass or wood kayak. It won't work on an inflatable kayak.
