My obgyn suggested the woman's edition of this probiotic but it was super expensive through the dr. I decided I would try this and it's been just as good. I have tried a few others in this name brand and this one works the best for me. It's leveled out my gut and female organs. I no longer have yeast or fungal infections! It's a wonderful product and seems right for the money even though it's a little pricey. It is a longer than normal supply too. I only take 1 a day.

I've used the other prebiotic from metagenics and decided to use the spectrum this time. The are ok but I like the other that's like an ultra better.

These probiotics are much better than what you can get off the shelf at a retail store. My stomach feels much better.
