IKEA Glass-Door Cabinet, Black-Brown

Bought this for all my figures I have, I must say it does have a lot of space to display! It’s a little smaller than I expected but still holds what I need it to.Assembly wasn’t to difficult but some things don’t really fit together perfectly. I Definitely recommend 2 people to put this together. The weight distribution of this thing is… weird. It’s sturdy but I don’t think I’d recommend it around dogs or kids if it gets bumped into I feel like it would fall. Most of the weight is on the glass.Tbh it’s overpriced for what it is. I hear you can buy these for $60-$90 from IKEA but if you live nowhere near one like I don’t then this is it. (I’m sure they factored in shipping into the price which makes it far more expensive than it should be)Overall it’s a decent cabinet! I would recommend it!

I got this to display the smaller to midsize items in my wwII collection, from helmets to grenades, flags, and daggers/etc. It keeps the dust off my items, and gives the display a classy look to it. If you have kids who will be running by it constantly, be careful of course. But I live with a rambunxious big dog, whos bumped into it a few times and it has never fallen over, as it has a little rope that you screw into the wall to give it a little more stability.Ive added small LED lights to mine for better display, and it does come with a pre-cut hole up top (that is plugged), so you can affix a light to it if desired. Putting it together was easy. Cleaning the glass is okay, but can be a pain, because you have to remove your items if you want to do it right. For the price, you get a top quality product that looks a lot more expensive than it really is!

It seemed harder to unpack than to assemble, but it had to be very well packed and it was. Took my time, about 1 hour to completely assemble. No written instructions, but the "instructional" pictures were numbered by step and easy to understand. All parts were included, nothing missing or broken. Looks great, sturdy and well balanced.

I was going to buy this online through Ikea, but it was going to charge$200 to ship it! I went with Amazon instead since there are no Ikea's reasonably near me for pick up.It is a heavy box - two man job, or one stubborn determined lady(me!)Other reviews made me terrified of the glass shattering, but I was very careful and no incidents! It's not hard per se to put together, but it did take me at least 2 hours between carefully unboxing everything and actually putting it together. Would go quicker if you have another helping hand or are more intuative than I am.It looks wonderful, sturdy enough for my Harry Potter odds and ends collection.I don't think I'd recommend for displaying heavy items, you might want to research the weight limit.It serves what I needed, so I'm happy!

This cabinet was the biggest disappointment. After researching and deciding on this style, I completely regret it. The cabinet is impossible to put together and get everything lined up. After days and different attempts, then there was damage on the cheap plastic pieces that make the corners of the cabinet that connect the glass panels. Horrible quality and a pain to put together. NOT WORTH IT. I returned the cabinet and will be going a different route.MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT BUY THIS CABINET.

Love this product! It’s a bit expensive but I’m very happy with it! It does take two people to assemble it, and don’t take off the window stickers before assembling (my daughter did that and had a great ole time!! Lol) it was her birthday gift to showcase all of her crystals but she decided to put her tiny collectibles in it. She loves it and it looks pretty all assembled.

This cabinet is very sturdy. It is also very heavy. It is easy to put together, but you do need two people to manage it. Don't be scared off by the price. If you live near an Ikea store, pick it up there for about $70. If you live in the sticks, like I do, going through Amazon seems more expensive but it isn't. Ikea will charge you over $300 to ship this to your door. The Amazon way will make it about half the price if you have to ship it.

Very sturdy and wasn’t the easiest to put together but did it within 44 minutes! Make sure you have help putting together! All in all I love this cabinet for my plants and grow lights are nice inside of it
