I was a little skeptical about this being a true 999 fine silver and/or a true coin - I’m happy to say I was wrong in all of my areas of concern.Shire Post Mint is great in all aspects that I have looked at this far - their way of business is great, their package is awesome (great points of trivia) and the product itself is perfect.

I chose the large 1.5 pendant of the moon to commemorate my writing being chosen as part of the Lunar Codex Polaris Collection going to the Lunar South Pole. It is made really well! The pendant is solid and heavy and quite detailed, and even though I am more of a "silver" person, I actually quite like the heavy duty gunmetal chain included with the pendant as it holds the weight of the pendant well. I would recommend this product!

The pendent itself is phenomenal and exactly how it was advertised, the necklace however after about 2 weeks had the look of oxidized iron. I don’t really mind it all too much since they’re a mint coin company not a chain one, and if they sold it with a really good chain it would increase the cost of the product unnecessarily, besides I was planning to buy a rope necklace to replace it anyway, but just a heads up for other consumers that you should buy or have a replacement if you want to keep the silver theme of it. The link that connects the chain is still fine and I doubt you’ll have to replace it.

The weight is great. The overall detail is perfect. While the supplied chain is not the greatest, it is long enough and useful.

This moon pendant is so beautiful. I bought it as a gift for myself and I’m absolutely in love with it. The chain wasn’t the best quality and I fear it will eventually snap from the weight, so I am going to get a black cord to replace it.

This is amazing! I've gotten so many compliments on it! The baby even pulls on it and it doesn't have any signs of wear and tear
