Good quality
These are a great option for anyone looking for a thin insole. Not a great amount of padding, but it’s as expected for such a thin insole. Will definitely buy again when needed.

Perfect for Air Jordans!
I bought these to use in some Air Jordan 1 Zooms to reduce the tightness around the toe box area. I needed the thinnest insoles possible and these bamboo insoles were perfect. They are well constructed and easily slid into the shoe with zero trimming needed. They do not slide around or bunch up like cotton insoles do. The most surprising thing was that they’re pretty comfortable even though they’re ultra thin. Very happy with this purchase and will be buying more.

they feel nice, but have MAJOR ISSUES: extremely narrow for normal shoe size, and ultra slippery!
very disappointed. two major issues:1. width is way too narrow for normal width shoe sizes (US size 12M) so part of my foot and big toe consistently hang off the side of them. I knew from reading size chart this would be an issue, but I thought they might be okay if I could center them exactly in the middle of the shoe (but they don't stay, see #2 below. you also can't purchase larger because length (which is actually just right as-is) would be way too long, and they aren't made to be cut down without damaging the product; additionally one size larger (US size 13M, which is as big as they come) still isn't wide enough to cover a normal width shoe according to the size chart.2. they don't stay where you put them in the shoe, they slide around. this causes two problems: I can't center these in the middle of the shoe and expect them to stay put, so my big toe basically never has any part of this product under it. the second problem is that the product slides backwards during use, so that it bunches up at the heel of the shoe and becomes uncomfortable.also btw, yes I'm inserting them the right side up. if the product didn't slide around so much perhaps I could deal with the product being at least a half inch or more too narrow in the shoe, but this is too much.product description actually states "slip-resistant coating" well I'm not sure where they put this coating on, but I can also tell you don't walk down any hills in these because your feet will most definitely slide to the front of the shoe and your toes cumple up against the front walking downhill. maybe after your feet have been in them and sweat a good bit this wouldn't be a problem, but there is most definitely no "slip-resistant coating" on either side of these.they do feel nice, it's bamboo after all, but that's all they have going for them, so I could never recommend these.UPDATE: related to my issue #2 above. after 2 days of use, there's nothing I can do to stop them from bunching up inside the shoe, so I tossed them. it only takes about 5 minutes for them to bunch up under my feet, and to be clear my shoe insole is very rubbery like and non-slip itself, so much that it's difficult to slip my feet into them without socks on for the slide effect, so the problem isn't my shoe. the bottom of these insoles are supposed to be rubber, but it looks and feels more like a slippery plastic to me, and yes they were even shiny like a slick plastic.the best non-permanent way to anchor these insoles from sliding and bunching up that I found was my own idea of saran wrap between them and the shoe insole, which I thought was going to work great at first but even that fails after about 20 minutes as it gets bunched up under the insole and you lose surface coverage. put too much in there and you'll have your toes touching the saran wrap because the insole is so narrow for a normal shoe size (not a good feeling on your toes, and defeats the purpose of anti-odor insoles!) btw I'm not running a marathon with these, I'm just taking the dogs outside in the yard and coming back in. I work a desk job from home and I don't even wear them sitting at the desk.there's no way I'm going to try thumbtacks to anchor them, but that's an idea I've seen on the internets if you are stuck with these already and want to try it. ymmv, best of luck with it.TLDR; after 2 days of trying, I tossed these in the trash.

They flatten and get hard.
Not very pleased with these bamboo inserts. They are not as comfortable as the cotton ones and get flat and hard after a month of wear.

Recommended by my Podiatrist
My Podiatrist recommended bamboo insoles and socks. I like these the best, highly recommended.

Inflexible and uncomfortable
Let me first say, I like the Pedag brand and have enjoyed some great products from them. However, I hate these insoles. They are very thin, which is great, and they do bend — but not well. When putting them into my shoes I accidentally bent them a little too much, which resulted in a crease. This crease tends to crumple up when I walk, which makes them uncomfortable. I had to remove them after walking around for less than an hour.

Very thin, suitable for bare feet in loafers
Bought these to replace the insoles in a pair of drivers that were just a little tight over the forefoot. They work beautifully. Whether they slip in the shoe, as another reviewer noted, depends on the midsole they are sitting on - there is nothing inherently wrong with these thin and flat insoles. They are exactly what I needed for these shoes.

Made well.
There insoles did work for me. Kept riding up it heel. Made good so maybe just my shoes.
