product came without data plan
Ordered it 6 days ago. Didn't come to open it until now, when I actually needed it. And to my surprise, the product's communication data plan has been expired, and I have until this June to extend it. Without the free global data plan, unfortunately, this product isn't worth it's value, and I wasn't able to test it out, due to the lack of connectivity and Wi-Fi accessibility. 1/5

I bought this for my Brother as he has just purchased a property in Catalonia and doesn't speak a word of Spanish other than Hola,Time will tell whether it is accurate or easy to use and i'll update the review accordingly once he has used it in anger.If all is as good as the instructions and write up suggest this should be worth it's weight in Gold to someone who's already realising the difficulties in conversing in another language and then to add to that there is the catalonian dialect to contend woth.Fingers crossed

Warning check global communication plan
This is advertised as having a 'Complimentary 2-year cellular data plan ....' However on checking this when I received the device I found it was due to expire in 1 year and 1 week .I have been in contact with the maker trying to resolve this.I would recommend downloading the manual to obtain your local contact.Supplier now confirmed expiry date incorrect and have updated it. I would still advise buyers to check

NO instructions,
No instructions, l spoke clearly, transferred it to French, and the results were farcical, lf detailed instructions were included it would help, otherwise,its hit and miss

Terrible and utter disappointment
The device DOES NOT WORK! Bought it as a Christmas present for my partner and imagine the disappointment when after trying to charge it for hours, it would not even switch on!!!
