I really helps with pain of Arthritis
I have arthritis in my knees and back, this helps the pain a lot, I usually apply it twice a day, Morning and afternoon. I will continue to buy this, any relief is worth it!

Reasonable topical pain reliever
Non greasy feeling when applying. It is fairly mild with menthol as the active ingredient but effective for my aches and pains.

Minor relief.
I am sure it varies with each person and this had very good reviews online. We both tried it for muscle soreness and some joint arthritis. Some temporary, mild relief but not much different than OTC Aspercreme. Certainly not as effective as Voltaren, which you can now buy in drug stores. We'll use it, but will stick with Voltaren in the future.
