Works well.
I saw a lot of negative reviews and I have only used it once, but it worked perfectly fine. I will edit review if there are issues later on.I read a lot of reviews saying that it was difficult to put in, because of the size. If you hold the deflation button in while you're doing it, it will not cause issues.I read another review where someone said to buy after market parts for it (blood pressure cuff pumps) I did and the original ones worked better. The BP cuff ones fell off cause they were not the right size for the tube. The tip about buying a clear open top silicone bag was very useful though, easier to clean and ensure cleanliness of bag.Overall, 5 stars. I will update after a few more uses if anything changes.

EASY TO USE AND DISCRETE
It is simple to store, use and clean.1) You can remove the tip and put it into the bulb, and hide it under your sink or where ever you hide your "stuff".2) Just add warm water into the bulb, and pop in the spout. Make sure you lubricate the tip and slowly insert it. You do not have to go all the way in! Keep the water pressure low and steady. And just because you filled the bulb full of water, it doesn't mean you have to squirt it all in. Do it to your comfort level.3) To clean, just put some soap in the bulb, run warm water in it until there is no more soap residue in it. For the spout, pump some soap down the shaft and around it, and rinse well. And of course, always clean before use to be safe. You will save so much money instead of buying store bought enemas. Or at least I did!!!The only problem I had with this product is that if you overuse it, you will end up with "too much water inside you". The water you use does not contain saline like in enemas, which "balance your insides", so you don't feel like a swamp. If you use too much water, you will have the opposite effect. If so, please be "careful". Remember, less is more. You don't need to "deep clean" to be "clean". DO NOT TRY ADDING SALT INTO THE WATER TO FIX IT. You can risk dehydration. DO NOT DO IT.

Leaks like crazy. Essentially useless.
I bought this and the large Ballon blew out on test inflation. I ended up buying special silicone glue for $44 (Hazardous shipping was a killer. NOT from Amazon.) which was essentially Silicone RTV I could of bought for a lot cheaper elsewhere. Normal glue doesn't work on Silicone materials. I finally got that balloon sealed. The small Ballon I resealed at least four times. It finally stays inflated. Yeah! Oh wait, the large Ballon leaks into the water tubing, which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to seal. It deflates slowly every time. I actually made this work once by constantly pumping up the large balloon every 2 or 3 minutes. I have bad anemia so I must take high iron doses every day, which cause hard rock like constipation. A long soak, with a little Castille soap added fixes things. Especially a 20 or 30 minute soak. It was nice ONCE I was able to use this. Since this was $70, the glue $44 and I have no idea how much time into this trying to fix it don't even try it. A lot of these products have the same maker, sold under various brand names. Their quality is very poor, and the market so small no one else bothers to make one. I've seen this one sold on other sites for up to $150, same exact product. At least you only waste $70 here, bit it's non-returnable so you are stuck with this. Why did I spend some much time and effort trying to fix this? My job has ALWAYS been to make things work. Also there is no other other choices for this type device. The "Bardex" one was made of latex, which some folks are deadly allergic to so no one makes them anymore. This Silicone material one seems incapable of holding a seal. I finally got the small ballon to hold, after two years. Then I restested the large one. Once the pressure was on it for longer than 3 minutes, the leak in the tube enlarged (I can't access inside the tubing.) I can now hear it leaking when I squeeze the large Ballon lightly. I am not dropping $70 and the reglueing nightmare for it to stop working after one or two successful uses. I am not doing this for a fetish, I have to take iron or my hemoglobin drops into the 6 or 7 range and all I can do is sleep because I am so weak. Clearing up the constipation this way is a lot better than chemicals (Laxatives) that my body often reacts to in unpredictable ways. That huge blob behind the small bulb is how I FINALLY got it to seal. The roughness around the top large bulb is it sealed the large one much easier, but not just slapping on a little dab. It requires considerable effort and attention to detail. Don't buy this. I wish it worked, but it does not and you're wasting your money.

Does the job -- so far, so good...
I'm somewhat new to the anal game, and haven't used this but c couple of times to this point. I will, however, comment on my observations.1) Some reviewers have complained about the sharpness of the nozzle. Yeah, I know -- the anus is filled with sensitive nerve endings. But you're sticking this thing up your ass with the ultimate intent of sticking something even larger up your ass. Don't be such a wuss. Use a little sandpaper or an emery board and soften the edges a little. It's really not that big a deal...2) Some have complained about the inside of the bulb picking up a bad case of the yuckies. Think, grasshopper! Fill the bulb with water, stick it in your ass, and squeeze. Pull it out of your ass, and then let go of the bulb. Letting go while it's still in your ass, which is now filled with water and fecal matter is the major reason that you get some of the yuck in the bulb. To further reduce the chances of this, run a few cycles with plain water after you're finished using it. In other words, RINSE IT OUT before putting it away! How will it hold up over time? Will the rubber harden & crack? I dunno, but if something goes wrong, I'll be back to talk about it.

double Enema System
das Produkt ist gut verarbeitet. Es lässt sich gut in den Darm einführen und aufblasen. Man solte vorher ausprobieren mit wie vielen mal pumpen der richtige Durchmesser erreicht wird damit es nicht wieder herausrutscht
