THIS WORKS AND I MEAN WORKS!
FIRST: BE AWARE THIS PRODUCT CAN ONLY BE USED ON NON-COATED STAINLESS STEEL!!!!!! I have a kitchen cart with a stainless top that had been horribly scratched in storage so this is where I first tried the product out. I figured that it couldn't damage it worse than it already was. The job required some arm muscle but I am here to tell you that the top of the cart looks great! It took one kit to do the top but then, as I already wrote - it was really seriously scratched. Given the success with the top of kitchen cart, I decided to give my Beef Eater roaster, cooler and other stainless steel items in my outdoor kitchen a try ( some of which had been badly scratched when we were adding the roof and cieling to the area.) The roaster in the photo didn't just have a few small surface scratches. It had surface scratches all over it. It also had four or five very deep verticle digs into the stainless steel right on the front and center. I think the product did a wonderful job even though it took me all one afternoon and a full kit to do the job. One negative is the contents of the box includes a very, very small package of "stainless steel cutting lube" that I found helped a great deal in the process. The problem is that the amount provided is so miniscule and in the process of opening it and attempting to pour some on the provided scrubber, a healthy amount of it ended up on my hands and the floor. I think they need to provide more of the product and put it into a small bottle rather than the tiny pouch it comes in. Regardless - I am thrilled to death with the results. My stainless steel products look like new. Again - DO NOT USE ON COATED STAINLESS STEEL AS IT WILL RUIN IT! Good luck!

DO NOT BUY - YOU ARE NOT THE EXCEPTION - LET ME SAVE YOU FROM YOURSELF
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT It will ruin your appliance. I read all the reviews and warnings and thought to myself "these people are doing it wrong" ,"they clearly do not have a true stainless steel appliance", "how hard is it to follow directions", "these people are stupid", etc., but boy was I wrong. I did everything correctly and it ruined my very expensive refrigerator. The tiny scratch that my OCD would not let me ignore is now 10x worse. There is a huge blemish in the are where the scratch used to be. Ive now spent $300 for a new refrigerator door and another $300 for installation. A $10 product resulted in a $600 mistake. Please do not be like me. Don't be like the others. Don't think you will do anything differently than what we all did. Trust me and do not buy this product. Live with the scratch and wait it out or buy a replacement part rather than paying $10 for this POS product. The only way i can see this product working is if you do the entire appliance with it, which is absurd. STAY AWAY!

OMG- This works... and works well
I was hesitant on this product, low price, average reviews.I have a thermador double wall oven and had some scratches. Some deep, some shallow. I first taped close to scratch. I started with the red medium and realized some scratches were deeper. Switched to coarse and worked it down until barely noticeable. Then switched to the red. then i moved the tape a bit wider and worked the red around the area, going with grain. Then i moved to the grey pad and worked it smooth. I ran low on cutting oil so i used wd40.Once the area is smooth, then you need to blend. I then moved the tape double as wide as the area and blended until it looked smooth. Then i took off all the tape and worked the whole grain. It took maybe 20 minutes but it was well worth it. To the average person you would never notice it. I'm really glad i found this product and now can tackle more repairs. My regret is NOT taking pictures because then i could have posted before and after.this works on UNCOATED stainless steel. if you have a coating it wont work. If it said " fingerprint resistant" etc you may have a coating.

It works .. for the most part
So this stuff does work depending what kind of outcome you want. Is it perfect? No, but it will do it’s job.During my move last year my jewelry cleaning solution spilled everywhere in my baggy so I placed the packaging in the sink. When I came back, it left a big ole round spot in the corner of my stainless steel sink. Whoops, it’s been there for almost a year and no matter how much I cleaned it was still staring back at me. I finally made amends and knew I stripped the seal. Any way, I’m about to move out of my apartment & didn’t feel like getting charged a crazy amount of money so I did some research. This product seem to do what I need & did $10.. why not?It comes with 3 different type of sand paper grit, a little handle to put the sand paper on, a solution, and a tiny microfiber cloth. Let’s just say you paid $10 & you got like $5~ worth of products.Any way, I read the instructions and went on my merry way. Once I was done I was quite impressed. If you’re a personality like me it’ll kill you softly, but since I’m leaving I’ll move. If you look up super closely and depending on the angle you can kind of see where I left the my jewelry cleaner. It works just fine for what I needed it for. When you look directly at my sink you really can’t see it anymore.Overall it served its purposed for me. I would not recommend it if you’re trying to restore a large space. There’s not enough product for it. I would recommend getting two types of sand paper and the cutting lube separately. There’s plenty of YouTube videos out there to show you how to restore stainless surfaces. However, if you get into a situation like me this will serve its purpose and worth the investment.

Not a good value
These items are very small. If you have one or two small scratches it may work depending on how deep they are. The red an gray pads are about 1 inch wide by 2 inch long strips. The other is what appears to be a piece of Emory cloth. I bought this to help remove scratches made by a Brillo pad on a stainless steel oven door. This did not work at all and these are considered superficial scratches. I ended up using sand paper of different grits and it worked perfectly. I would spend the money on sand paper not this kit.
