I like these pills because they are easy to swallow. I have purchased these a few times. I do prefer the powder because it is a lot of pills to day on top of the ones I take already. But this is a good brand.

i take these, as pills, because i don't trust a scoopable mix to supply me with an exact or correct bcaa serving. i also dislike drinking so many powdered sweetened gross flavored bcaa drinks.I take half a serving during the last 3rd of my workout, and the other half directly after. 8 tabs i think is a serving, though i don't have trouble getting them down. i sip the new muscletech protien water, so it's not being wasted, during. but i will say towards them working, i think they have. any help in building muscle helps. i went from being really thin to somewhat built do i think it's helped contribute to the overall in my case.

This EVL product is solid and of great quality. The capsules are quite small, but I only need 8 a day in one serving, usually after work outs, and am drinking their BCAA Energy powder mix before work outs. I've had a noticeable increase in recovery time, muscle hardness/density and growth, since committing to that for a month + now on a daily basis. I no longer need caffeine, which was a nice result, and I've since sworn-off using Creatine or cheaper pre-workout supplements with caffeine and questionable ingredients.

These BCAAs have been great for my muscle recovery!! Noticeable reduction in soreness after workouts and time in between. I have also started seeing increased gains over this time period. I take 4 before my workout and usually 6 after. I have not experienced any stomach discomfort or aftertaste either since I started this supplement. EVL really does make some high quality stuff and I am planning to try more from their line. I would recommend these for anyone looking for an inexpensive and easy way to help post workout muscle recovery and building!
