Old Stock
Petcurean is a great product. I give it one star because the dry food is good for 16 months according to their website. The problem is that some of the distributors are selling old stock. I bought two different sizes from PETBOWLZ and both products had a limited time left on them before the expiration date. It also contained pantry moth larva. PETBOWLZ IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR OF PETCUREAN FOODS. DON'T BELIEVE ME CALL PETCUREAN HOME OFFICE. BEWARE OF BAD FOOD!!!

No more daily hairballs!
Quick Review: After one month, our cats are finally enjoying the taste of Go! and their health has greatly improved: Our cat who threw up 1-2 times a day is down to 1-3 hairballs a month. A 4lb bag (fed alongside grain-free canned options) lasts us a little over a month for two cats. Please remember: Have patience when transitioning your cat to eat new foods. It took us about a week and half of combining Go! with their old food in order to get them on board.Expanded explanation of our experience about a month in: The inspiration to switch to Go! was simple - I recently overhauled mine and my partner's diets, we're currently trying to convert to grain-free. And we're omnivores. If we shouldn't be eating grains, probably our carnivorous cats shouldn't be, either. Besides, we started to feel bad that we were feeding our cats the crappy "Kraft" version of cat food - Purina. Both of our cats are pretty healthy - but there were a few ticks that indicated we needed to make a switch. One thin cat, who would throw up just about every day (always a hairball, and the vet told us not to worry - but we still did); and the other cat, a slightly overweight cat who is built like a bear (very active despite her larger build). We've been assured they're both in good health, and that grain-free is a bunch of bollocks. So we left it alone for months. And then I started seeing so many beneficial changes in our own grain-free diets, that I started to give the cat foods another look. After tireless research, Go! was what we decided on. It seemed to have the most dietary benefit with the shortest list of drawbacks or questionable ingredients. Expensive? Well, yeah. But so is our grain-free healthy human food. (Inexpensive food cuts price at the cost of something else - such as your well-being). And as you may have guessed - our cats are just about the most important parts of our lives. We want them around for a long time, and as healthy as they can be.That being said, tt wasn't the easiest journey. Much like our need to ween ourselves off of sugary junk food and onto vegetables - we had to slowly incorporate the good stuff into the cats' diets. We did slowly mix in the good stuff with the rest of their Purina. Starting with about 15-20% of the mixture, and slowly working our way up. I even put out two bowls (usually they share one that they pick at through the day) with varying degrees of Go!, and soon enough, they started eating more from the bowls that had more Go! in it. Just remember: It can be a bit tricky to get them switched over, and it takes time. For us, it was definitely worth the wait! Now we're a month in with regular use, alongside grain-free canned cat foods. A week or two ago I had asked my partner, "Hey, have you cleaned up any hairballs recently? Because I haven't..." We realized that he's only thrown up once or twice in the entire month, rather than once or twice a day! For all the worried vet visits, and for all the assurance that his grainy Purina food is fine and that it's not a big deal that he's constantly throwing up - I'm so glad we made a switch. I can see our other kitty slowly shedding the weight, as well.

Good high protein food
I bought this product because my house cats were getting fat eating Iams. Iams is not a bad product and I have raised many outdoor cats on Iams but it is too high in carbs for indoor cats. I did the food change slowly over several months as moving to a high protein food too fast can cause urinary tract issues, but it was worth it because it is working and both my indoor cats are down to a healthy size. Taste was never an issue, they all liked it from day 1. This food is expensive compared to others but if your cats need a food with less rice/cornmeal/beets I think you save that in the end by having healthy pets.

Very happy
I am on a seemingly never ending quest to find healthy food that my picky cat will eat. She will eat a bit of wet food in the morning but will only eat dry food in the evening. I would prefer to give her only wet food but that is not an option. She has been on Orijen for the last year but I was concerned that it was too high in carbs (20% I think). I was considering the Young Again Zero Carb food but this was a good middle ground carb wise and available here on Amazon. I was also a bit nervous about going to zero carbs because she will sometimes vomit if I give her completely starch free food ( Wysong Archetype) without mixing it with something else.I was not optimistic that she would like this very low carb food but it is a hit! I will see how she does for the next few weeks.

High Protein, Healthy Cat Food
Good, healthy ingredients (high protein) and I love that the pieces are very small, hard and round, easy to eat. The previous food my cats ate always broke up in the bag, leaving a bunch of pieces to throw away at the end. I won't say any of my cats "love" this food, but they do eat it. I had to start them off mixed with their old food, and even now still add a few pieces of something else just to get them started, but they do eat it all without over-eating. Since they have only been on it a few months, it's too soon to see long term benefits, I have noticed less dry skin flakes on my maine coon though, so perhaps its the food. Made in Canada where ingredients are strictly regulated which gives me piece of mind.

Great food, unstable pricing!
I used this along with 2 other foods to feed to my ferrets. Ferrets need grain free and high protein so this is a great food for them. They seem to love it and their coats are so nice and soft from eating such quality food. My only complaint is the price. Amazon is all over the place with price. It was $20, then it was $8 (on sale - and boy I wish I had purchased more at the sale price!) and now it is $30. Get it together with the pricing!

Used as a mix/ substitute- cats love it
I got this to try out in place of the Percuran Now! cat food because my local pet shop ran out of that food and didn’t have a substitute. Amazon didn’t have it available either and I found this and am happy I did. It’s by the same brand and my cats seem to love it. They are both picky eaters so I was apprehensive but the formula and flavor was similar to what they were eating. I mixed this in with the little food they still had and they love it. I may make the switch to this food. I’ve seen no change in behavior or litter box use and my cats are happy so I’m happy.

and it doesn't De-hydrate her like the store brands do
My cat likes this food, and it doesn't De-hydrate her like the store brands do. They are mostly grains and meat by-products and will dry your cat our unless they drink lots of water. This one is mostly meats, which makes it smell strong, but as long as my cat likes it, that's all that matters.
