Pretty straightforward to install. We remodeled our kitchen and put the stove where the sink used to be so already had water piping in place. It was pretty straightforward to run the pipes up the wall and then connect this. Love the convenience of filling pots from the stove, very unobtrusive design, nice materials and works consistently and well.

This is a wonderful pot filler! The construction is top-notch, solid and oh, so smooth! It’s not sloppy in the joints like so many others, it’s really steady - even fully extended. Water flow is great and a pasta pot fills up in no time. I installed a security shut-off in the cabinet over the stove, but I highly doubt I’ll ever need it because the valve on this unit is extremely well made. I love it’s modern appearance too!

Felt flimsy when installing. It worked for about 18 months then the valve started leaking. The internal components are cheap and do not last.

Bought a very expensive pot filler for the last house, this one is just as good and quality is excellent. Last step on install, don’t forget to set the set screw IN the little divot. We missed the divot and turned on the water and the facet blew off from the pressure, then realized there was a divot for the set screw. This pot filler you can mount upside down if you need more room for the handle, great option!

I feel fancy...it looks EXACTLY like one my friend purchased for over $500 (I would never spend that). I'd never seen my friend's, but when they saw mine they were motivated to put their's up and shocked that I "spent that kind of money on a pot filler" because they thought it was the same one they had...and I'm a little bit of a cheapo when it comes to certain things. It felt good to tell them how much I didn't spend, and they think it feels a little sturdier than the $500 one they've ye to put up.

I’m not a huge reviewer, but my remodel hung on every word of items I was researching so it is my duty to pay it forward.All in all, this item is fantastic for the dollars spent. I bought two of them. They work great but did have an issue with one on the first turn on. The set screw busted and water/filler went shooting. Customer service was fairly quick to replace this for me at no cost. One of mine seems to slump a bit on the bends and I’m going to see if some adjustment can be done so it looks straight and not bend when flush against wall.

No problems as of now. It has been installed for about 5 months. Great addition to our kitchen

Like the other reviews it was hard to connect because of the threading, it's a great price but I would have loved a better ring to hind the fitting to your backsplash. Glad my husband knew what to do he made it fit. Happy with the end results.
