Real wheat bran
There are two main things to like about this:1) Fiber content of around 43%. We add bran to food to increase fiber. This brand's bran has highest percentage of fiber. Others are around 22% - you can check them on Amazon itself.2) Price is more inline with the price of wheat. Other brands (again you can check them on Amazon) are 2-3 times more expensive! Why are people still buying the over-expensive stuff that has half the fiber content?

Fibre content is rather high. Bagri is better.
Remains rough and dry after wetting and heating. May be good for adding to various dishes for extra fibre.
