Did not finish
I did like that it seemed to help with my joints. I did not like the taste. It was not easy to swallow this. I do not know how to describe the taste nicely or how it felt on my tongue and when I swallowed. I always needed something with it. This did not always help. I did not finish this bottle but changed as soon as I could to capsules. It went in the trash.

Worth a try
So far so good - I take it every morning and I do think that it helps my shoulders - which are difficult to raise high. between this and the pully that I purchased (hangs over the door), my shoulders feel better. I will soon run out and I will see if there is a noticeable difference when I am not taking it. It has a pleasant taste but it is very thick - reminds you of caro syrup

It seems like it has helped me.
I have been taking this for about 2 weeks and I can tell that it has helped me, I have a very bad back that keeps me from doing a lot of things that I enjoy and I am feeling better and getting out more.

Best Formula for my Knees
It works!! If you have knees that are quitting on you and don’t want to go extreme on new ones, this stuff is for you!!

CAUTION: not helpful and Non-refundable even though it is listed as PRIME
Sadly this did nothing to help my arthritis and Amazon refused to allow a refund even if I sent it back.
