Well made, basic 30 liter pack
This 30-liter pack is well made and has good access to storage. Very comfortable. The only thing that would make it better would be a padded hip belt.

Cheap , yet Not comfortable
Quality is ok. Its just not comfortable enough even if compare to cheaper bag packs.I usually carry small laptop 13.3 and a notebook. Its just doesnt support the weight distribution properly

It's the best backpack ever! First one served for 14 years.
Buy it. It doesn't have many different pockets that take up space and are useless. Perfect for carry-on and extremely durable. It has a lifetime warranty!
