O'Neill Youth Heat 3mm Round Toe Boot

The quality is great and they are a super cute boot. Considering there aren't many youth options for surf boots, I was so excited to see these. However, the size L says its for a size 1-2 and what came in the mail was TINY, more like a toddler size it seemed like! My son is 7 and wears a size 1 and couldn't fit these.

My son was pleasantly surprised last weekend at the beach with his boogie board. He wasn't shivering. A full suit O'Neill Youth Reactor 3/2 mm wetsuit (size 6) wasn't enough. But now with these 3 mm booties he's warm. they do fill up with water. he's size 1-2 in youth shoes. I got him the XL booties which is 3-4. I wanted the booties and wetsuit to last more than one season. The strap could be of better quality. Kind of high price for a small size bootie.

These are a must have for kids. Much better than water shoes which fill with sand, and require you to constantly take your kids shoes off. They keep kids feet warm, even when in icy northern Oregon coast waters. If the kids feet are warm, they play much better, and longer on the beach.Plus the protect feet from sticks, rocks, glass, etc.We love them.

Bought these for my son for use in chilly San Francisco waters while body boarding. He loves them. These are a bit too much for surfing, but perfect for bouncing around the ground in the water. I don't really understand the sizing chart. I bought the XL and they fit me. I wear a 10.5 inch shoe, so they were pretty big for a youth shoe.

I should read the reviews more carefully, the size is smaller than the chart. My son normally wears 13~1, I order L which says goes to 1~2. But really too fit.

Bought for swimming in the lake as we are in a shallow area with mucky bottom. These are the only water style shoe that allows you to walk around and not loose your shoes under water.
