Perfect costume for plays.

Great costume for the wax museum at my son's school. Everyone said it ran small so I ordered a 10 for my seven-year-old and it was huge. The eight fit perfectly! He's about 4 feet tall and 65 pounds. The size chart apparently references just measuring across the chest, not like all the way around (if anyone else gets hung up on that like I did!) We paired it with a wig and those little shoe buckles on top of his black dress shoes. I did wash it on cold gentle because it had a little bit of a smell to it and ironed it on the lowest steam setting possible. It definitely looked much better once ironed!

This product is very cute on. I had to make a couple adjustments and repairs, but they were minor. The hat was the biggest issue in that it runs small for my grandsons head who is small for his age. Other than that, we are very happy with the costume.

My son needed this for a school performance and it arrived quickly. He tried it on and the pants and vest were designed so that the fit could be fairly adjustable and forgiving. I was worried the quality would be cheap, but it wasn't too bad overall and I was impressed. The fit was great for the size we ordered and all the pieces came together to make it look like a piece from the time period we needed. I doesn't include a wig which we decided to forego and then we fashioned fake gold buckles for his shoes and we were set! I would suggest this even though it isn't a brand name costume.

We needed a Revolutionary costume for my grandson to wear for a school presentation. The costume came quickly, was a good price, was very well made and had some great accessories. We were surprised that it was the fine quality we received. I would definitely use this provider again.

Bought this as a Thomas Jefferson costume for my son's wax museum school event. He is almost 10 years old and normally wears size medium. Normally I size up when I buy him costumes but glad I didn't because the size 10 fit great with a little room to spare.
