Q: Does this product have any problems being stuck on a garge floor which has been painted or it has to be stuck on the concrete floor?

I stuck mine on the bare concrete but as long as the paint does not peel off the floor easily than I cannot see why there should be a problem. Maybe check by putting some duct tape down on your painted floor and pulling it off .

Q: Will this keep mice and other rodents out as well as leaves, dirt and water?

Well I’ve not seen our mouse since I put it in🤣 we have a lot of leaves that get in and it’s stopped those as well. No water got in during the last few weeks of constant rain. Garage is significantly warmer too

Q: can this be used for front door

Hi soapdish, I doubt it. A front door is generally mounted within a frame and opens inward. A soft rubber or foam seal attached to the frame and squashed by the closing door is generally used as a draft excluder. This seal is for glueing to a concrete (generally) floor and the closing garage door butts up against it to form the seal. Hope this helps.

I normally use WD 40 on my hands or paint thinner
