This company's customer service is the best I've ever dealt with, if you have any issues just contact them via the customer service card in the box by email and they'll correct it ASAP no questions asked. I needed one extra flange cover that was missing and they sent it right out no cost to me Fedex. You can also find the flanges at Home Depot under Shower Arm Flanges if you need them. The extensions mentioned in other reviews is correct, you'll need them to reach into the wall to screw into the female pipe, you can find them with no problem at Home Depot or Lowe's and screw them right in with Teflon Tape that's it everything else works fine. I purchased two sets of the 6 body systems for my 9' long shower and it amazing, I now have 12 body jets, 6 on each side of the shower, two handhelds and two rain shower heads coming down from the ceiling, it looks and works like a million dollar shower I'm very pleased with their product ! P.S. the pictures are before I installed the heads and showing the placement, I'll update pictures once finished

Had my shower redone and put this in it is a great improvement love it adds some class to any shower.

I've remodeled my fare share of houses, but I wanted to make my own house unique. After looking through a handful of products, I decided to buy Homedec's Rain Shower. I have to admit, I was worried about the quality since the price was so low! Then I thought, "If I don't like it, I'll just return it." Once I receive it, I did a full inspection. It was very simple, which I liked because it meant I was not losing any water pressure. After setting it up and connecting all the plumbing, I came across an issue. I contacted Homedec, and before I knew it, they replied. Throughout the whole process of resolving my issue, Homedec was prompt, accommodating, and provided excellent customer service. This is one of the best investments I have made! The shower works wonderfully and looks amazing. You don't need to spend a fortune just to have this modern shower. Go for it! You have a great company, producing a great product, that is determined to make sure you are satisfied!

I had problem with the pipe fittings for being short in measurement (I actually gave them a negative review previously because of this reason - of which I already deleted) so I contacted Homedec and told them my issue. They immediately responded and kept in touched with me until I received the parts needed to install the body sprays properly. I found out also that it is not the product's but my contractor's fault that the pipe fittings came short in measurement - my contractor did not read the instructions on how to install the system properly. Homedec expedited the delivery of 7 longer pipe fittings and now I just have to call my plumber so he can install the fittings. By the way, although I still couldn't use the handheld shower at the moment, I've started using the rain shower and the body sprays already - and boy...it is so amazing... I love it....can't wait til my shower system is completely done.

Not only the detailed instructions were provided in a timely fashion, but the parts arrived quickly.Now the temperature control function is operational and the knob is secured in place.I can’t solve the problem without the help from the vendor’s customer service.Thanks again!Old review: 05/10/2021 MondayThe temperature control knob fell off today. I originally gave this product a one star rating for installation/plumbing. I have changed my rating to a three star rating because the company immediately responded and agreed to resolved the issue.The issue was as follows:This product comes with seven one-inch nipples for installation/plumbing. These nipples are not long enough for proper installation and were a plumbing nightmare. The one inch nipples are not long enough to install the jets and hand held shower, the tile backer board, and the tile that is used in most US installations.The company has agreed to ship via Fed Ex within 7-10 business days the required two inch nipples - 7 of them - at no charge. This should allow for proper installation and hopefully the successful installation of my shower system.I have read many reviews from folks having this same issue and I don't understand why the company has not taken the proactive stance of just including both size nipples in the kit to save customers the added expensive of recalling plumbers, time delays and overall dissatisfaction when such a simple fix is available.I intend to post again once the new nipples have arrived and installation is complete. My hope is that I will love this shower system as much as many of their previous customers. Stay tuned!!!

Overall great shower only thing I have an issue with is the shower wond holder..It doesn't hold the wond very well
