No thinking required!I have been playing around (I mean cleaning) with this robot vacuum for a bit and am pleasantly surprised with the ease of use. Setup was a breeze and as close to 'plug in and go' as you can get. The unit arrived packaged well and there was an included quick start guide. Upon downloading the app (not required) and pairing with my phone I was asked to enter in my wifi password and it was ready to go. I noticed another reviewer had a wifi issue although setup was flawless for me.The app is very straight forward and easy to use. It is clear they designed it for even non techie people to use. There are various choices for cleaning including an 'auto', random, edge, and spot settings. However, I think the most useful feature for me will be the schedule setting so the only thing I need to worry about is emptying it!It's great for techie people but easy enough for almost anybody to setup and use.

No bang for the buck
This vacuum took hours to charge to a full battery and then only ran for 40 minutes. Despite having a mapping function, it took the vacuum foreverrr to find its way back to the docking station - just wandering around the house, bumping into everything. I have since purchased another brand of robotic vacuum with the same suction, slimmer design, faster battery charge and it ran for an hour and 45 minutes before returning directly to the docking station efficiently.

No Customer Support...but...
I couldn't get it to connect to my home WiFi. I tried everything in the manual, but it seems that the Vac just wasn't sending out a signal. I then tried Bagotte Customer Support. They don't have any in the USA. There are icons on the website to call, email and chat, but none of them work...they're fake! Very disappointing! And very frustrating, as I spent a couple of hours trying the different things suggested in the manual. I finally realized that if the App couldn't detect the vac...even with my phone right on top of it...it was the vac that had the problem.UPDATE - Just got an email from Bagotte that absolutely did NOT address the problem I describe above. And of course, it wasn't from a person...just signed "Bagotte". Be aware...if you buy this Vac, you're on your own.UPDATE 2 - After posting this negative review, a real person from Bagotte contacted me via email. The good news: they sent me a new Vac for free! The bad news: it still wouldn't connect to my home network.A free Vac is pretty exceptional for customer service, in my opinion...so I raised my review from 1 star to 3. My guess is that they don't have enough of a presence in the USA to make sure their products will work here. The last thing they asked me to try, was to use my mobile as a hotspot. My mobile service charges extra, if you want to use it as a hotspot. No thanks! Anyway, I have lots of devices connected to my home network...that's not the problem.So...no resolution, but they are letting me keep the vac. I can't use it, but I will try a few family and friends to see if any of them can get it to work.

Disappointing
I purchased this after reading all the reviews, but unfortunately I did not have the same experience as others. I only had the vacuum a few days before returning it and never connected it to my WiFi or programmed specific cleaning times and yet each night it would suddenly start cleaning and waking everyone. When we started the cleaning the vacuum would suddenly stop and emit a series of beeps. The was no obvious cause for this and after checking the manual, emptying the dustbin, cleaning the brushes, etc. I was still unable to figure out the problem. It’s possible that this is a very good vacuum and mine was just defective but what bothers me the most is the lack of support from customer service. There was no contact information provided in the manual or on the vacuum. The website listed an email address but the field for phone number was blank. Why wouldn’t there be a phone number? I emailed the company, told them I couldn’t find a phone number, sent them my phone number, and provided an explanation of my problem. They responded via email (without any phone number) and I was told I would need to send a copy of the invoice, a video of the vacuum, and a photo of the serial number on the bottom. Who wants to go through all that trouble after they’ve just spent a couple hundred dollars on a vacuum? I ended up calling Amazon where a rep was available via phone in less than a minute and expedited a return. Simple, efficient service! I purchased the Eufy 11s Max which, by the way, has a sticker right on the bottom of the vacuum with multiple ways to contact the company for support. I haven’t needed to contact them because the vacuum works great! I find Amazon reviews as a whole to be pretty accurate and the majority of people here love this vacuum. However, this was not my experience. There are many quality robotic vacuums on the market. I wouldn’t take a chance on this one.

Afficient, Quiet, & Great App
The media could not be loaded. I was not sure what brand to go with but I am happy I chose this one, It really gets the job done!. It's easy to clean and most important for me, The low profile gets under my furniture with no problem and even maneuvers between the dining table chairs with ease. I recommend this product because it gets the job done and Purchased on sell at very good price compered to others in this price range. Nice remote, but you can also use an app for either Android or iOS to connect with your WiFi network. It is very easy to set up. I prefer the app personally. Happy I got it. Go for it.
