I'm pleased with this rack. It was easy to assemble, and all the parts were present. I would advise two people doing it.It is sturdy if assembled correctly. Anyone who says it isn't sturdy or that it's wobbly has either assembled incorrectly or not tightened the various fasteners to the required amount. A minimum of tools are required for assembly. This is really a very nice product at the price. It was delivered quickly and it it looks really smart in place of the much cheaper rack I had before. I particularly like the fact that the shelves are the biggest available at this price range allowing enough space for older Hi-Fi components that tended to be larger than their modern counterparts.Excellent 5 stars.

Cam screen broke even before I had completed assembly. Got a very quick response from customer support, but that's as good as it gets regarding support. Made to virtually jump through hoops just to get replacement parts. Take photos of this, find batch numbers from here, even advised that I need to buy wood glue!! Then when finally sent out informed that I would need to stay in all day so the courier could collect the cheap broken parts. In process of moving home while working full time so do not have time for all this. If I'd had the time I dismantle it all and return it, but I don't so will just need to play along with their games till I get some sort of resolution.**Update after trying to fix initial issue, the whole thing has came apart returning for a refund **

Part missing but immediately replaced. Good quality item but quite expensive. Good service.

Used it for my PlayStation generations display and looks great. Glass is dark and sturdy and the wood parts feel high quality

quality control is non existing as the wooden dowels used to line up front section are far to small or holes have been drilled to big unless you put bigger dowels in or wrap with several layers of tape if you dont do that the top bar can move 1/8 inch .other than that the unit looks fine

So pleased with the item.Arrived on time and no damage to any parts and all screws etc present.Looks really good and fits all my hi-fi components on.Highly recommended.

Very poor build quality. The top and bottom front wooden facias do not fit correctly as the holes are over size for the locking pins and I had to use 2 pack epoxi resin and large clamps to hold them in place until set over night. They state 30 mins build time. It took me 3 hours and the extra glue and clamps.Also nothing lines up true and square as you build it. It looks ok now... eventually.

Arrived on time. Clear instructions. Went together very easily. Makes my Denon/Project hifi stand out. Really good piece of furniture. Quality!!!
