My first order kesar badam clasic, found like badam drink like it.But I am diabetic person, badam diabetic found like venila floure, but badam nut cut pieces mixed,but not bad, any how satisfied taste in first day drink.Later only came to know about it's benefits.Thank u Amazon.

Product is good and tasty but high sugar/ carbohydrates
Taste is good. But if you are taking this with some dinner, sugar spike will be high as it has excess carbohydrates / sugar compared to other more expensive protein powders. Sugar is also quite high. For 25 gms Of serving, it has 12.93 g of carbohydrates and 4.5 g of sugars.Whey protein (Gold standard) has 3 gms of carbohydrates and 1 GM of sugar for 30 g of serving, 80% less than this.Please stop Calling this as Diabetes protein as it will cause a spike in your sugar level.
