Great value for money
I was going to buy one if these from a well known High Street seller but Amazin had a deal that made it too good to miss so took the plunge. The strip is well packaged as ever from amazon and was damage free. This power strip offers three smart sockets and two USB ports, making it an indispensable addition to my smart home setup. The three smart sockets provide a level of control and convenience that I've never experienced before. With just a few taps on my smartphone, I can remotely turn on or off any connected devices. The Kasa app's user-friendly interface allows me to schedule power cycles, which has proven to be incredibly handy for automating my daily routines. The two USB ports are a lifesaver! I can now charge my devices without having to occupy the main outlets, leaving them free for other essential appliances. It's the perfect solution for eliminating clutter and keeping my workspace tidy.Setting up the Kasa WiFi Power Strip was a breeze. The straightforward instructions guided me through the process step-by-step, and I had everything up and running within minutes. The seamless integration with my existing smart home ecosystem was impressive, and I haven't encountered any connectivity issues since installation. The build quality of this power strip is outstanding. The sturdy construction gives me confidence that it will last for years, The sockets and USB ports feel solid and secure, which is a crucial factor for a device that is in constant use.In addition to the smart features, I also appreciate the surge protection that the power strip offers. It gives me peace of mind, knowing that my valuable electronics are safe from sudden power surges.Overall, the TP-Link Kasa WiFi Power Strip with three smart sockets and two USB ports has transformed the way I interact with my home electronics. The smart features, easy setup, and superior build quality make it an absolute must-have for anyone looking to upgrade their home with smart technology. I highly recommend this product and give it a resounding five-star rating!

Usual Good Quality From TP Link
I have quite a few smart plugs and lights from TP Link now, using the Kasa system, plus a camera that I use for motion detection in order to automatically turn on lights. It's a shame they no longer support the colour changing smart bulbs in the UK now, apart from their Tapo system. Anyway this smart power strip is a nice addition, made to their usual good standard. It's like having 3 smart plugs in one. They can all be controlled individually, and they appear as individual plug sockets in the Kasa device list. If you choose to edit one though, such as the icon or to rename it, all 3 sockets are displayed as part of the single device, and you can select which socket to rename etc.One reviewer complained that you can't turn all 3 plugs off or on simultaneously, this is incorrect. In the Kasa app you can either group devices in order to control them together, creating a single button on the device page, or you can create a 'Smart Action'. For example you can say: If plug 1 is turned off, then turn off plug 2 and plug 3. Say for example you have your TV plugged into Plug 1, and a Firestick plugged into Plug 2, you would want these to turn on and off together, and you would do that in the Smart Action settings on the Kasa app. Or use SmartThings if you prefer. Alexa is handy for turning everything on in a voice command, such as the word 'Christmas' to turn on several devices at once. Smart technology is a fun thing lol.Personally I use Samsung SmartThings to do all the background actions, as Kasa devices integrate seamlessly, as they do with Alexa. I bought this power strip because I wanted to have my Christmas tree separate from other lights which usually get turned on via a smart plug connecting a normal power strip. Because my tree has fairy lights and also an electric snowflake topper, I can plug them both into this power strip, set a routine so they both turn on and off together, and also add them to my Alexa Christmas routine.I probably won't use the USB sockets as we now have a bounty of USB chargers, but it's nice to have them there if needed.Installing the device is easy. Plug in, open the Kasa app, click the + symbol top right, choose 'Device', choose 'Smart Plugs', choose 'Smart Power Strip', wait for the small LED to flash green and orange, connect to the devices WiFi, connect to your home WiFi and that should be it. You have screen prompts to tell you what to do anyway. In summary then: good quality addition to the smart home, similar to buying 3 individual smart plugs.

Short lead but amazing power strip.
I ordered 3 of these for my bedroom as I am a smart home nerd. I use these in conjunction with google home and they work flawlessly, I can’t comment on the Alexa integration sadly. Each power lead comes in a small box with a leaflet on how to set it up and how to use the app. I have used Kasa products for the past 2 years and had 1 out of 4 plugs break on me so they are reliable. The app itself is so easy to use and allows for easy customisation such as names and icons for each outlet and the whole power lead. The power lead itself has somewhat of a sort power lead, I wish it was slightly longer. However the rest of the power supply itself is amazing it has a clean white case easy to fit in with your tv unit or setup. The power strip comes with two mounting holes for screws on the back if you did want to mount this on the wall. Each socket on the strip comes with a physical button if you did wish to switch each plug on manually, this button is also backlight (which can be switched off on the app if you want) to reduce light coming off the strip. The strip has plenty of space for even bulky plugs to go side by side so this isn’t a concern.Overall I would recommend the power strip to anyone who can’t reach sockets easy or wishes to set timers for plugs or generally use these as a smart product as you can switch the individual sockets off via google home & Alexa or even the Kasa app itself.
