Absolutely outstanding flavor
High quality dried morels and they were an excellent size, well packaged and made my poulet au vin Jaune de Jura AMAZEBALLS. I honestly wish I had bought a bigger package so I could have had even more morels.

Great Flavor
I'm very pleased with the 1 pound pack of dried chanterelles I got. The flavor is great, and the value for the large bag is very good. Glad I got it.

Disappointed
- Most of them are covered, I mean literally covered, by dirt. I see more black than brown on exteriors tbh. You definitely want to clean them and filter the rehydration water.- I can somewhat sense the aroma from raw matsutake mushrooms but very minor. Unfortunately, the aroma does not stay after rehydrating and cleaning.- It also has weird and bitter smell you don't typically smell from raw, good quality matsutake mushrooms. I suspect either they did not handled mushrooms properly or just dried leftover low quality pieces.
