CERTO Pectin Crystals for Jams and Preserves, 57g/2oz., (Imported from Canada)

I have tried other brands of pectin but my jelly comes out either too thick or just doesn’t taste very good. I tried this brand and my jelly came out perfect. I have been using this brand for years now and it never disappoints me. Gathering enough berries and making jelly is some work so you want it to come out good. Everyone asks me for a jar of my jelly because of its consistency and great taste. Certo is the reason it comes out so well.

I don't know quite what the difference is between this and sure-jel because the ingredients are about the same. I was so happy to find this to make strawberry freezer jam - it is what I used to use in Canada. I have found that the sure-jel is just TOOOOOO sweet. This certo is just right and my jam is delicious! (Remember President's CHoice strawberry freezer jam? Tastes just like that!). Excellent instructions and recipes inside the box altho many also online. I'll be buying this again!

Very small package size basically is only enough for two batches of jam at our house and a little pricey. I think I will look in store next time I go to price some different kinds.

the product description indicates that the only ingredient in this product is pectin.the product package, when it arrived, listed the ingredients, in order, as sugar, fulmeric acid,pectin, and dextrose. anyone with a problem with sugar should be well advised that thisproduct is mostly sugar.

Product had tear in package. Afraid to use.

I bought this product specifically because the description had an ingredient list that was only pectin. It is not. Useless product for me.
