Yes it is. Temperature readings are affected by your body temperature, direct sunlight, and moisture. To achieve a more accurate temperature reading, remove the watch from your wrist, place it in a well ventilated location out of direct sunlight, and wipe all moisture from the case. It takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes for the case of the watch to reach the surrounding temperature.

Q: How loud is the alarm ? Is it loud enough to wake up ?

Surely not. I use this alarm more to remind myself of important events like picking up the kid from the school( more of a routine Task) or to remind myself that’s it’s lunch time etc. it never helped me wake up. I keep the watch on the night stand and sometime sleep while wearing it on. Never woke up by this alarm.
