Seems fine to me…..
I’ve used this twice now &, as a15 handicap golfer, it does the job for me at a reasonable price. Got the Peak Pulse as a replacement for a Bushnell Neo that finally gave up the ghost. The Peak Pulse was half the price of a similar replacement for the Neo, so I thought I’d give it a go based on review on here & elsewhere.Obviously, this one needs line of sight so playing on unfamiliar courses with ‘blind’ holes will take a bit of getting used to. On the whole the accuracy seems to be good enough for me & the targeting procedure relatively simple. The unit is very light so a bit wobbly sometimes in strong winds - I’ve had to have a couple of goes to get the distance on a few occasions. Given my skill set I’m normally happy to just hit the green outside of 150yds anyway. The image quality looking through the eyepiece is very clear & the numbers stand out very well. The slope setting is easy to use, when allowed, as well.I like the case & have clipped it to my bag with the carabiner supplied & the unit is easy to get in & out of it.I wish it had an eye cup as it can be a bit fiddly lining up the target at times but you get what you pay for I suppose. So far so good as far as I’m concerned &, for the money, it will suit my standard of golf.UPDATE 15/2/24The supplied carabiner is very poor quality & has failed already. If you’re going to clip this to your bag then invest in a better one. Everything thing else regarding this range finder is excellent so far.

Very easy to set up with clear user booklet.Comfortable size & weight at 175 grams , taken on to the course today & did test at 107, 165 & 217 yards as a trial & it locked onto the flag accurately & rapidly .Nice clear optics , great value Range finder.

Great Range Finder!
So I spent a long time looking at the premium range finders which are all £200+ and realised that the features are exactly the same (they tell you a distance with +/- 0.5yds accuracy).A number of golf reviewers/youtubers recommended this and several use it themselves and after 2 rounds of golf I can tell you why!Great quality and feels sturdy that should last (time will tell). Battery included as described and the pouch was a lot better than I though. strong, water resistant material and the magnet is nice and strong keeping it shut.Very simple to switch between slope and non slope (competition). The Battery life seems good, has not gone down since using it but heard it will go 12+ rounds of heavy use before needing a replacement, will probably buy a rechargeable battery to use. When you "ping" a target you get a distance in approx 1 second which is pretty much instant if you think about a 4 hour round of golf ha!It locks onto flags really well and you get a nice target cross on the screen to aim at the flag or object. The ONLY thing you will notice when first using it is that the power button is the "fire" button so the first 2-3 times I tried it out I did end up turning it off instead of firing the "laser". You have to give a firm 1 second press to fire at the target, yes I got used to it very quickly and now I never turn it off.If you need a range finder and your bank account is not full up, this is perfect for 99% of golfers!Enjoy!

Great Gadget
This is my best friend on the course. I have used this constantly for three years now and find it perfect for me. Others may lock slightly quicker, but the feedback is positive and the distances are accurate. I don't need a slope function as I prefer to adjust for elevation and wind from the true distance. I am only on my third battery, playing multiple rounds a week. I have had to repair the magnetic closure on the case, but otherwise no issues at all. Why pay more?
