Q: Does this watch have world time?

If this is like the original, you can set the analog and digital clocks to two different zones. I wore my original H558 "Arnie" throughout my USCG career, always had the digital display set to "Zulu" (UTC) time zone. ;)

Q: Would this be too big to workout in?

Is your workout picking up logs in the forest? In that case, no. Otherwise, probably yes. But it’s an awesome watch. I love it. Probably the least “high end” watch I own, but I find myself putting it on almost every day. It’s very satisfying.

Q: How long will this watch adjust for the date? The number of days in the month accurately?

So far it has held date and time accurately, I use it several day a week and it hasn’t skip a beat , since it’s solar I just make sure is exposed to sunlight on a regular basis .
