436586 Aluminum Grill Gazebo

Just received the boxes and opened to begin the assembly. It appears that gazebo had a previous owner who returned it, as some of the pieces were "assembled", screws missing, majority of identifying stickers were gone,, screws stripped and can only believe some instructions were missing as what was included was solely lacking. The holes and pieces did not match securely and makes me question the structural integrity. I bought this based on past reviews and can only say that perhaps was an exception. I thought I was buying a NEW gazebo

Looks great. Shelves are handy when grilling.

This product comes in three boxes, with two of them being very heavy. Know that before you order the product. The instructions, which are generally easy to follow (except for a few steps), indicate that assembly needs "at least two people." This may be generally true, although I was able to assemble it by myself. I consider myself fairly handy, giving myself a 6 or 7 out of 10 in terms of handiness, or thereabouts. Assembly just requires a fair amount of time (8 hours by myself) and a good degree of patience, for several of the parts and accessories are not cut properly and require some manipulation. I fully agree with other reviews about the accessories, nuts, and bolts -- and their not fitting properly into threaded holes. For example, the two roofs took an exceedingly long time due primarily to the fact that the screws provided did not fit the threads cut into the poles and bars for the roofs. Such a shame -- and it frankly put a bad taste in my mouth about this product. That said, I went to Home Depot to purchase supplemental hardware (I needed extra screws that are the correct length for various parts of the gazebo -- the screws provided in the packing were actually too long in several places). In the end, I made it work and it's standing just fine and looks great. One note about the overall size: I have a Weber Summit 4 burner with side burner -- and the wings / shelves of my grill touch the shelving of this gazebo, so the grill just actually fits. It would have been great for this to have been made 6 inches wider overall. The photo here on Amazon is a little misleading, since it looks like the gazebo has plenty of space on both sides of a three-burner grill. We'll see how it withstands the winter. I am giving this product 3 stars for now due to the shame about the hardware, nuts, bolts, etc. -- and that the roof was a ridiculous hassle to assemble (it didn't need to be that difficult) -- and that it should be 6" to 12" wider to accommodate larger grills like mine.

Looks nice when finished but do have to agree quality of tool and hardware provided is below average. Be prepared to spend some time putting this together.

Read these reviews, and buyer beware. The manufacturing is poor quality for a gazebo at this price point. Even worse is the attitude and lack of results from the seller, who has so many product listings, they have no clue how to ship, or return this item. Customer support is from a company in Canada that lied to me, and took over two months to resolve. Wrong parts, missing parts, poor engineering, and sloppy manufacturing. The pictures may look pretty, but be prepared for a disappointing experience.

Perfect gazebo for our everyday use especially barbecuing on our gas grill. I added an additional feature to it and took pictures to share but don't know how to post them.Overall, I am very pleased with this product.

First, this gazebo is a b**** to assemble. Not enough long screws, so you have to go to the hardware store. Then it does not fit, parts are up to 1/2 inch non-matching size. So you have to use brute force to "make" it fit.Also, needless to mention for a metal product made in China, all metal parts incl. the screws are of inferior quality. Don't even try to drive screws with an electric screwdriver - you'll strip the hex right away. All pipes and frames are too thin for the quality of steel used. But in the end, you get what you pay for (or you get less).Then the roof: It may protect from rain, but it reduces sun shine only very little. I would not recommend to buy if you want sun protection.

It's great now that it's set up. With 3 people, it took about 8 hours to put together. It took nearly 3 hours just to get the top put together; the plastic frames are nearly impossible to line up. Now that's it's all set up, we love it. I wouldn't do it again, though!
