I am on my third bottle of Eligen B12 I do notice an improvement in my overall energy level, ability to focus, and mood.I have now convinced my husband to start to take them.I have taken B 12 capsules or pills in the past and unless they were sub lingual I usually had an issue with tolerance. I have not found that with these .I have been able to tolerate them well especially when I follow the instructions.

I have been taking this for a few years now as my gastroenterologist diagnosed me with pernicious anemia.
