Thyme Airborne honey
I almost don't want to tell you how good this is because I want to keep it a secret! The flavor is just perfect. It's a great addition to any recipe. Please don't buy it all up!

excellent quality and value
i was looking specifically for honey made from thyme flowers and couldn't find it at any of the specialty/health/co-ops in my area. i didn't know if it was hard to find or just not a common item so i searched online. i realized it is not a common item and is hard to find. i found a small jar and purchased it but kept looking because i knew it wouldn't last long and then i found this listing. the jar was larger than my previous find and not processed like the other. i am pleased with the quality and it serves the purpose for which i purchased it. i am very pleased! this is the first time i have used thyme medicinally and have been using it for few weeks and it works.

World's Most Flavorful Honey
Thyme honey has a really distinctive, pleasant flavor. And the stuff from New Zealand is more flavorful than the Greek stuff. It's been hard to find during the pandemic so we're thrilled that it's available again. Simply the best.

One Great World Classed Honey!
There is no honey in the world that is this distinctive, and I have tasted hundreds of them. While it may have too much taste for some, the smell of thyme will remain in the jar for more than a year even after you have cleaned it out, it is a honey that just keeps on giving. Nothing else like it.

Stuff is great. Different than Greek thyme honey
I'm a big monofloral honey fan. Stuff is great. Different than Greek thyme honey, tho. Some airborne honey reportedly has sugar mixed in. Google it. Not sure of the details. May be to standardize it or something. I've been using this type for many years and prefer it over any other gourmet / farmers market honey.

I prefer the clover honey from Airborne. I would ...
I prefer the clover honey from Airborne. I would only use this in savory dishes as it definitely has an herbal flavor.

Not what I expected
I fell in love with "thyme" honey when traveling in Greece. This product bears no resemblance to what I had there and, frankly, I dislike the taste. Will be throwing it out.
