Excellent quality
Mostly used in baked goods; muffins, pancakes, waffles. Mixes well with other flours (coconut, almond), but can stand alone, without the extras.Very fresh. I can always rely on this brand.Good packaging, arrives without 'leaks'!

Mixed with AP flour makes a great bread I make my bread in a skillet to save propane.

The product was in the paper floir bag ans a plastic bag inside the box. The box it was shipped in had normal wear, BUT inside the box both the original manufacturer package AND the plastic covering looked like they had been run over by a forklift or the played football with it. The ONLY way this damage could have occured was BEFORE it was boxed. I have bought flour befoe and NEVER had this happen.Thankfully I was able to get a refund.

Baking Staple
I only use King Arthur products when baking bread. I use this together with bread flour when making sourdough bread. This gives the bread a bit more nutrient content and flavor.
