What do you do when 1 battery doesn't work after using 3 times?ANSWER: Replace the battery.What do you do when the NEW battery doesn't work?Options include leaving a review, mentally kissing away that $800, buy another Dolphin.The fault lies with me; hence the title of this review and my lack of urgency getting another 9 volt battery.

Dead batteries
Very expensive product. Battery dead in one and a screw missing. Customer support was so cumbersome and the Dr associated was a jerk to talk to. I just went to the hardware store and bought a screw and batteries rather than ever deal w them again. Horrible service. Buy elsewhere
