Received item in a timely matter. when I opened package I thought I was in a Haz Mat situation(strong chemical odor)!. Furthermore, the product was covered with what seems to be an oil product., and there were several areas of discoloration. There is no way Im letting my 5y/o grandson touch this. You should pull this product ASAP.

It smelled horrible when it arrived, and it was sticky. One of the two keys broke after just two days. The other key seems fine, and my bike hasn't been stolen yet. The lock doesn't seem very well put together. It's cute thought. 😕

lock got clipped and now my bike is gone forever - obviously no lock is theft proof but it looked like someone used hedge trimmers quite easily - not a great choice in the city overnight

I'm going to have to guess my way through this, because the actual brand is Tonyon and the instructions are in a different language. Other than that it's super cute and I can't wait to be able to use it.

Easy to mount, easy to lock and unlock, won't scratch the paint on my bike. Nice color too!
