Very good quality product the only downside is 4 day .. I take one in the morning..1 in the evening. I'm small100 lb have frequent blood tests and have no deficiencies nor toxic levels of any element.

Took before bed so body can detox and recharge. Feel great every time

Used to take similar item to another brand but the stopped making it and I find this to be a great replacement. Like that they are capsules and you can take smaller amounts more frequently. No upset stomach and great mineral suppliments.

The minerals are a superb and a regulated product.I love them!

Keep in mind the dosage is weak although that may be what you want. Also you need to take 4 pills a day to get this weak dosage. Ideally you can break this up during the day so you are taking 2 twice a day or however you want to do it. This may increase your chances of absorption.
