I purchased this frame because I wanted something striking for a print I bought. I knew the black and gold frame along with the white mat would really show the gold foiled print to advantage and I was right! I like that the frame has that molded shape and isn’t overly contemporary since that works better with my decor.My only sort of complaints are 1) there are a couple dents in the frame material (under the paint so I think it must have come from the factory that way) and 2) there is a slight patina on the black part of the frame even though the description only lists it as black and gold. When I first opened the package I thought the frame was dusty, but no. Neither issue is noticeable enough for me to not keep the frame, or even not like the frame, but if I’d known about the patina I probably wouldn’t have purchased as my other frames on the same wall are straight black. I’m happy with it anyway.The back has little loops for hanging as well as a cardboard stand. I ripped the stand off in order to have the frame sit completely flat on the wall.

the picture frames i received / purchased are the worse product i ever ordered on Amazon! i returned the first 2 frames i ordered due to damage on one [ broken glass, and defect on the other, [ one corner came apart and pieces of the frame crumbled away from the frame] the frames appeal to the eye however, the product material is cheaply made. JUNK! NEVER AGAIN! The second set of frames both came apart at one corner, i glued it together the best i could and used the frames however, the crack is still visible. Never again !

Frame arrived broken. It is clearly cheap material. Also, the black outer frame is not true black... it almost looks marbled with brown. All in all, it looks pretty cheap. I bought 9 different gold frames from Amazon on the same day... this one I would not recommend.
