Very efficient fast boiling kettle. It's easy to fill up and decide how much water you need. The kettle is as loud as many other kettles on the market today. Have to remember, it's a fast boil kettle, so it's not going to be quiet. Worth the money.Update: After pouring out water into a mug, I noticed tiny calcium flakes in the water. After checking the filter on the kettle, there's a row of holes above the filter. When the water pours from the kettle some of the calcium flakes goes with it. Poor design by the company and have downgraded the kettle from 5 stars to 3 stars.

Bought this kettle for my mom, as she need one replacement. The kettle is steel outlook, very shiny. And tried to boil water before using, there is a bit smell as new product I think. But after few times the smell is gone. My mom quite happy with boiling speed it is very fast, and the one click button for opening the lid is very convenient better than 2 sides button opening.

Look, i'm not being awkward, as this kettle is such good value for money. Its well built, easy to use and it looks good and boils fairly quickly. But, its very noisy. I tested it at 90db and normal conversation is 60db, busy traffic 90db and a power mower is 90db. Watching TV, the same test showed 65 - 75 db....... So, if you can bare it, the kettle is great value for money, but compared to our old kettle, this new one is so very loud, so loud that even guests say "thats loud"........I guess thats what you get with a cheap kettle.UPDATE:- The Kettle failed completely after a few months, but on the upside, the supplier provided a no cost replacement immediately.

Nice looking kettle and quick to boil but OMG it is the noisiest kettle I have ever had in my life. Not too bad if water has already been boiled and you are just re-boiling from hot but when boiling cold water I have to leave the room, it is so loud. I wear a hearing aid so goodness knows how loud it sounds to people with good hearing. If noise isn't an issue I would recommend, if it is, don't buy.

Took about 2 weeks to get rid of the metallic taste despite using filtered water. Lid tends to stick when pressing button to release and quite noisy when boiling. That said, delivery was fantastic, arrived day after ordering.

It's a joke really, the item was delivered and already broken - leaking from the base.Quality control must be non-existent...

The exterior design is simple and generous. The interior is made of stainless steel. It can prevent your hands . I am happy for it .
