Definitely worth the money
My initial impressions; I was certainly excited to unbox the machine and had little to no difficulty assembling the rower. The directions were really straight forward and easy to understand. I had it assembled and rowing in under 10 minutes. I love how there are multiple ways to store the device to save room; either by standing up or by breaking just forward of the seat rail and folding up. I haven’t used the latter method as simply standing the machine up is super convenient and easy to do. The electronics portion (screen) leave a lot to be desired in that it is difficult to see, especially while rowing, and the included batteries died within a week of arrival. I can’t say I expected different but still, a sign of things to come? I hope not. In all fairness, I track my workouts more on my wearable as opposed to the machine’s little screen anyway. My workout impressions; I have given the rower much work since its arrival and, at first, I thought the resistance seemed a little light. After a couple months of regular use however, I find the highest resistance setting quite challenging and will often lower the resistance for my cool down. I find it challenging enough to give me a full body muscular workout plus a cardio element that is difficult to achieve with other machine types. The seat travel is smooth and without any noise whatsoever while the resistance and feel of the machine remains consistent even through a lot of use. If I were to offer an opinion on comfort, I would ask for bar options on the rowing bar as well as a seat upgrade. The pull bar would be nice if it were extendable to offer different muscle groups workouts as you progress through your workout. The seat could be a little deeper as I often feel as though I’m going to fall off as I lean back even though I never have.My impressions on value; I would absolutely purchase this unit again! For the price, the ease of setup, and the ease of use, I couldn’t find a machine that provided more value to me. I don’t use this device everyday though I do row at least 2-3 times per week. There are two of us using the rower so it gets plenty of use and hasn’t shown any mechanical problems yet.

Great overall product
Good Morning, thank you for reaching out about the rowing machine. I would be happy to give you my feedback so far. For a reasonably priced at home rowing machine its fantastic. The positives are, cost, comfortable smooth row and seat, handle is a nice size, display has all the information needed (although a quicker cycle might be better), and very easy to assemble.Negatives are tension could be tighter in the upper ranges for avid rowers, and the lower bar on the foot rest comes loose frequently and need to tighten repeatedly, also the upper bolts on the foot rest have also come loose and needed to re tighten. Don't want to over tighten and strip the threads. However, overall I think it's a wonderful unit for the price point.Sincerely,C. Barber

Well built and easy to assemble
I would give it a five except it lacks one thing that an air resistance rower has. On an air resistance rower the resistance is dynamic, the harder you pull, the more resistance, where with the magnetic resistance it is constant. It makes sprints not so useful. But otherwise this thing is great and air resistance rowers are MUCH more expensive. It has wheels on it so it is easy to move out of the way when not in use and can be stood up on end to save space. One other thing they could have done though is have calories or miles per hour on the computer. It helps to motivate one if you can see what your rate is. They do however have RPM's. Overall it is a great value for the money. Its an inexpensive way to get exercise while shelter in place is on.

Good machine, not great motion, but worth the cost
It has been fairly good, some disappointments. The motion of the seat is good, and no large physical issues. However, the middle bows because of a lack of support. I'm 6'3" and i wish the rack was longer, i hit the back and run out of room. Also the feel of the rope going in and out of the spindle is a little off, very little tension no matter the setting.Overall honestly it isn't at all the best rowing machine i've had. I realize the machines in most gyms most likely cost quite a bit more money, but they feel very solid and have a terrific motion of the rope/cord in and out of the machine. I'd say that is the biggest disappointment.

Smooth rowing experience and good value
I liked the ease of set up, solid construction, and smooth rowing. It is also very quiet and does not take up much space. The height off the ground was less than I was used to from a gym machine. Overall, nice unit at this price point.

Great Value for the Money!!
I've really enjoyed my Serenelife Rower. I find the tension level to be adequate for my needs, and it gives a great workout. It took about 45 minutes for me to put together, which isn't much considering the fact that I am not very handy and live alone. My only minor complaint is that I find the computer hard to read. I don't find it easy to gauge the distance I'm rowing. Other than that, this thing is perfect!

Pretty easy assembly
I was a little intimidated when I first looked at the manual and saw all the parts. Then I took everything out of the box and realized most of it is already assembled. It took me maybe 45 minutes to assemble it. So far I really like it and I'm glad I got it. Everything comes in the package, and all the screws, washers, bolts are numbered so you know you are putting things in the right place.

Great machine !
I wanted to purchase a rowing machine for my husband as he is getting back in shape. With Covid our local gyms are all closed. He absolutely LOVES this machine ! It is steardy and the resistance levels make it versatile for both my husband and myself. I also love the digit screen which is hard to find on a rowing machine ! Awesome piece of equipment !
