Comfortable and effective
I've tried arch supports before and found them painful. When my orthopedist said I really needed them, I ordered a couple different types. I really like these the best. They offer the perfect amount of support for me without being super high. I have narrow feet but the S/M fit well. While I wish they were just slightly tighter, I have not had a problem with them slipping around. I'm curious to see how durable they are, but right now they're a hit and I'm ordering a second pair.

Foot collapsing
Dr. said my foot is collapsing. Spent $500 for molded arch supports. Been using this type of support for years now and it relieves the pain which is not constant but is recurring. This is so much better than the molded arch support.

It’s kind of a rubber material, it can rub against your skin.
It works well. Just put your Sox’s on first. Due to you can rub a blister on quickly. Be careful. But it works well. I walk well with no pain.

Loose arch sleeve
The S/M slides and is too thick for comfort. The silicone material is comfortable.

The design fits most feet perfectly
These work very well to help my hell pain when walking. Make sure to wear them correctly in the arch of the foot. The price is great. They fit nicely with my sandals. Looks like part of the shoe.

Low arch supports
I like the design and the material being silicone. I have had problems with the cloth ones pinching or putting too much pressure on the sides of my toes. The downside is the actual support for the arch isn’t high enough for my feet to get the support I need. I work on my feet all day in the medical field and wear quality and sturdy shoes they just don’t provide enough support to relieve my pain of planners fasciitis.

Arch Support
Trying this arch support t on one foot that has a fallen arch. Using it in conjunction with sandals that have arch support. In footbed. Trying to find just the right place to put it. I shift it around to find the sweet spot. Sometimes it works for a short time, but looking for all day relief. Will keep trying.
