It is great for a mini panettone
I do many large panettone (1kg) during the holiday season and I use this small size to bake samples to my friends and relatives or gifts. Note: it is very small if you are used to buy the large commercial in supermarkets. I use it for 250g dough.But the quality is great and I use very often. Totally recommend
