this product is fabulous. traditional French boudin blanc.if you're thinking cajun boudin, don't. they are two completely different sausages, from different parts of the world.comparing the two is like buying a banana and expecting it to taste and feel like an apple.but if you're looking for traditional French boudin blanc, this is it. try Thomas Keller's recipe with stewed prunes from his cookbook, Bouchon. amazing!

Look and read before you buy
Not what I thought Boudin is I know Boudin is made with rice and seasoning and meat this is achicken sausage lhad no taste and did not agree with me and my family

This was very boring and bland
I was hoping for a more flavorful/textured sausage. This was very boring and bland. I could probably use these to compliment a dressing or stuffing. Into the freezer they go until the holidays. Such a disappointment.
