Q: does this product really have different ingredients from the old one? people seem to be complaining a lot about it

Yes, the formula has changed. I will post pictures of the old bottle and the new look bottle, and the ingredients on the back ate different. The new one feels greasy and leaves a layer on my face. The old formula was just perfect. I now use the Olay refreshing citrus Cleanser. It's not natural like the old Burt's Bees cleanser but it leaves my face feeling like it.

This cleanser is like a thick orange honey - it is a golden orange color. It feels a little like thick honey as you put it on your skin, but when you add some water on your hands to cleanse your face further, it lathers a little, but you are left with a moisturized, soft face afterwards. It has been the best cleanser for my rosacea sensitive skin.

Q: Is this a cream cleanser and can it be used with cotton alone to wipe off makeup and clean the face? Thank you.

It's not really a cream - more of a slightly greasy jell that turns into a creamy consistency once rubbed into your face. I don't wear makeup so don't know if it's good as a make up remover. I have very dry skin so like it as a regular facial cleanser.
